Woodbridge & Co were contacted by this digital marketing company because the three partners were keen to grow the business.
THE CHALLENGE:
In the initial discussions about business goals and personal aspirations, it became clear that the three partners had different preferences about the way forward. Whilst two were keen to take the company in a new direction, the other wanted to build on the existing business model. This challenge had to be resolved before we could move onto business and financial planning.
THE SOLUTION:
We facilitated several meetings to help the partners to negotiate their position. They eventually agreed that they would part ways and two partners would buy the other out of the business.
Following this resolution, we could then devote our expertise to business planning, financial forecasts and funding opportunities.
THE OUTCOME:
The outcome for the partners was a little different from when we first spoke, but all three can now move forwards with the arrangements that were made.
Actions are now being put in place that have been identified for sustainable business growth.
